More Updates

As I said in my last post, I'm posting up my turnaround for my creature/alien character that I need to model for my portfolio. I also have a bio to accompany him:

Name - Vex (full birth name with title is Intergalactic Price Vexildextriel Phantasmose IV)
Age - Unknown (though, in human years, he's probably around 30)
Sex - Male
Height - 6'5" -6'8" (this mainly depends on if he slouches or stands straight)
Weight - approx. 250-300lbs (as measured by earth's standards considering gravity)
Bio - he is an alien prince born from particles and matter gathered together from several galaxies and melded within the womb of his mother, Queen of a galaxy whose coordinates are not far from the Milky Way. Being from noble birth and right he has a certain regal air about him and speaks formally in most situations, whether he's speaking his own thought spoken language (telepathy) or using another of several learned languages from other planets (one of which is English, he also knows French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese/Mandarin fluently from earth). His kind is very intelligent, he being one of the more privileged and knowledgeable beings due to his royal family bloodline. He considers himself an adventure seeker often traveling around his galaxy to different planets to explore and study life there, adding to his already extensive knowledge.


He has also ventured to neighboring galaxies (namely the Milky Way) and grown fond of earth for the complex creatures called 'earthlings' or 'earthbeings' (that is his term for them). Despite his immense size, compared to humans, he manages to keep well hidden during his observation excursions. Often times he will take back pieces or trinkets he finds interesting to his home to add to his collection. The majority of the trinkets he's collected have come from earth. He is a sentient creature, and thus has empathy, however he would not readily join one cause or another to further any sort of gain and remains neutral just as his race/people are.

Okay, I know he isn't colored, but I'm still trying to figure out his color scheme (not to mention which title he should go by, lol). I think it's more important for me to actually start modeling him than be too concerned with if he should be blue or red, have scales or slimy skin, etc. I will post up a more finished, colored version before the week is out. More work to come soon~
